Rodney Smalls is Registered Agent with New York Life Insurance Company and a Financial Services Professional with NYLIFE Securities, LLC. Rodney earned a Bachelor of Science, Finance from Southern Connecticut State University in 2002. After graduation, Rodney worked in both the Payroll and Finance fields which added to his level of experience and success with New York Life.

Rodney has served on the NAIFA Connecticut board since 2015 and was President from 2017-2018. He continues to support and mentor new board members as well as assisting with membership and programs.

Rodney is passionate about assisting his customers and coming up with the best products and solution to meet their needs. He assists with college funding, retirement, estate planning, business continuation, managing costs for extended periods of care and lifetime income strategies.
